Where It All Began – Foxtons, London

Christopher Clare’s journey in property began in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world—London. At 26 years old, he joined London’s largest estate agents Foxtons, an agency known for its fast-paced environment, data-driven culture, and relentless performance standards.

But where others survived, Christopher thrived.

Within just four years, he rose through the ranks with four rapid promotions, consistently exceeding sales targets quarter after quarter. After Foxtons, Christopher joined the New Homes & International Sales team at Colliers International, working on major regeneration schemes across the capital. Here, he advised both UK and overseas buyers, particularly investors from China and Southeast Asia—deepening his understanding of global real estate and how to strategically position properties for maximum impact.

This blend of London street-smarts and international insight would prove invaluable as he returned home to Ireland.

Bringing It Home – Meath, Dublin & Leinster

Upon returning to Ireland, Christopher assumed senior sales roles with Sherry Fitzgerald and later Savills, where he was entrusted with high-value residential portfolios and development sites across Leinster. These years helped him translate the precision and pace of London into the more personal, trust-driven Irish market.

He built a strong network, gained an intimate knowledge of regional buyer profiles, and spotted a gap in the market: clients were craving a more personal, hands-on estate agency experience.
